What personal data do we process?
We process your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide these data to us yourself. Below you will find an overview of the categories of personal data we may process:

Please note: We do not store credit card details ourselves if we use an external payment provider.

How long do we keep your data?
We do not retain your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which we collect your data. We apply the following statutory and internal retention periods:

Administrative and tax data: 7 years (statutory obligation).
Order and customer data: for the duration of the customer relationship and thereafter for a maximum of 2 years for service and repeat-order purposes, unless you request deletion earlier.
Marketing data: for as long as you remain subscribed to our newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email. After unsubscribing, we will delete or anonymise your data for that purpose.

Do we share personal data with third parties?
We only provide your personal data to third parties if this is necessary for the performance of our agreement with you, to comply with a legal obligation, or with your consent.

Third parties to whom we provide data include:

Payment providers (such as Mollie, Stripe, PayPal, etc.) for processing payments.

We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy. The most current version can always be found on our website. Where possible, we will actively bring major changes to your attention.
